comfy bed central location friendly staff

I really liked that the beds were very comfy. the location proved central for my needs, and the staff members were so friendly. complimentary coffee and fresh water with ice was such a nice touch. I appreciated it.

my only issue was the lengthy check-in process. it was not the end of the world, though it could be streamlined for efficiency.

The staff offered great assistance and were approachable. The room had clean hardwood floors and a comfortable bed. The location was excellent. And the room provided ample space.

Soundproofing WAS a real issue, loud music was audible late into the night.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and spacious with plenty of light. The bed felt comfortable. there was a fridge. I felt safe coming and going at all hours.
